Tracey is a chartered MCIPD with an Master's degree in Human Resource Management. She has significant experience gained within blue-chip, SME and start-up environments in both the UK and mainland Europe. Tracey is an achievement-oriented self-starter with excellent communication, influencing and organisational skills. Equally comfortable with strategic and operational roles, she works well as part of a team or when operating autonomously. Her experience is predominantly in professional services environments such as IT, scientific, engineering design and finance.
Although a director of Trinity HR, Andy is not an HR professional. His value to Trinity HR is in back office functions. An experienced IT consultant specialising in security and identity management, Andy has a proven track record of architecting, designing and leading the delivery of enterprise scale IT solutions to blue-chip clients. Trinity HR rely on Andy for website design and hosting, email services, IT support and accounting. Andy also acts as a sounding board based on years of experience in fast-paced business environments in the UK and abroad.
